Listed below are the projects that we are currently providing Test Management for on behalf of the client.

PGP Whole Disk Encryption: Working with Cohort Technologies we are supporting the Agency in implementing PGP Whole Disk Encryption across the EA's laptop estate to ensure that any unauthorised access to the device is prohibted. The testing was implemented over a 6 week period, ensuring that the product did not inadvertently prevent other EA applications from working correctly and ensuring it was non-intrusive to the end-user in its implementation and daily usage. Testing considerations needed to take into account the different types of laptops that the EA had within its estate, the range of applications installed, future maintenance of the laptop for AV and security updates, and also the ability for the solution to work whilst the user was offline (not connected to the EA network). The product has currently rolled out to 8000 laptops across England and Wales, ensuring that the EA's data is secured wherever the user and the laptop maybe. We are currently supporting the EA in implementing PGP Endpoint Management, ensuring that only approved devices are used on EA devices.
GSI Connectivity: We are supporting the EA in implementing a secure connection to the GSI (Government Secure Intranet) to allow specialist teams within the EA to communicate securely to Government departments.The testing needed to consider ensure compliancy with the GCSX Code of Connection (CoCo) which in essence is a list of security controls which the Agency must have in place; be them technical controls or manual. Each user was also provided with a secure laptop that would be used to connect to GSI via an IPSEC tunnel to ensure all communications to and from where secure.
PNN Connectivity: Implementing secure infrastructure for connectivity to the CJX Intranet facilities to allow the EA's Enforcement Crime Unit to exchange information with the Police Forces around the UK.
Infrastructure and Bearer Line upgrade: This was a two phased delivery, ultimately ensuring that the pre-production infrastructure hosted at our main data center was contained in a seperate cage away from the production infrastructure, and the implementation of a new 1GB capable bearer line, replacing the Agency existing 100mb communication line. The existing 100mb capable hardware also had to be replaced to ensure that we could process the increase in transactions that the new line would be able to serve, so hardware was also replaced with 1GB capable firewalls, routers and switches. The testing had to consider the migration of the infrastructure to a new unit with the data center, recabling, patching, introduction of new hardware, line tests, performance testing on the applications hosted and penetration testing activities.

Enforcement Case Management System: Consolidate the EA's silo'd enforcement systems into one Case Management system to allow more effective and efficient tracking of cases that have had to go to court.
