Test Strategist

The Test Strategist metrics console provides clear and current indicators of risk, quality, and testing progress on software projects.

QAIST is an established provider of testing-based education, and has a policy of delivering flexible training solutions. Our courses can be delivered at our purpose-built training centres or we can customise training modules to be delivered at your premises.

Outsourcing  

Some of our clients prefer to focus on their core business without the disturbance of providing certain IT services. In these instances clients tend to opt for our outsourced approach, which not only offers flexibility and peace of mind but is also a cost-effective alternative to maintaining and managing a total in-house testing resource. Whether you require total outsourced services or intermittent support, QAIST has the resources off site to meet your objectives including testing tools support and test preparation and execution.

Through our sister company QAIST Offshore Solutions we are also able to offshore some of the testing delivery which we manage through an Account Manager based at our offshore location.

Insourcing  

QAIST can provide a fully integrated test center into your organisation on a permanent or semi-permanent basis where we manage the resources ourself - you get the benefits of reliable, fully quailified staff without the headaches of training, staff management etc..

This option can also represent a good cost saving as we are able to utilise our fully accredited Offshore resourcing capabilities in the UK either at your site or at our Test Center in Shropshire.
