Our contractor care team provides specialist assistance with contracts, insurance, payroll, timesheets, taxation and visa issues. They also monitor renewal dates so that extensions can be arranged in advance, minimising disruption and uncertainty. When a contractor approaches the end of a project, the team will work with our consultants to redeploy this skills elsewhere.

In order to provide this service the Contractor Care team run a free phone 0800 number from 8.30-6pm on weekdays to deal with any queries and issues a contractor may have. They also provide candidates with access to the online portal site (Contractor Zone) that contains legislative updates as well as payroll procedures and guidelines.
