Candidate Referral Scheme

QAIST Recruitment are offering candidates the opportunity to be rewarded upto a total amount of £500.00 for referring a contractor candidate to us through our loyalty reward scheme programme in partnership with Argos UK. You are issued with you`re own loyalty card and we will add the amounts to your card automatically via our terminal access (so you keep the same card).

The card is valid at over 670 Argos and 300 Homebase stores throughout the UK.

Why are we doing this?

Well, as contractors in the marketplace ourselves, we were continually frustrated when we received phone calls from agencies inviting us to apply for a vacancy which we were unable to take due to commitments. They then ask, "do you know someone....." Yes I do thanks, but why should I tell you...its making your job easier and I get nothing from it.

So, we have decided to reward those contractors who provide us with potential new contractor candidates to register with us for any current or future job opportunities that we have.

How does it work?

The process is simple, but the following rules need to apply:

• you (as the referree) need to have registered your details and CV with us,
• before we can accept new referrals you should seek permission from the referral,
• we then need to seek permission from the referral candidate,
• the referral candidate needs to register their details and CV with us,
• the referral candidate must be placed into one of our vacancies,
• the contract needs to be for a minimum of 6 months, and the contractor has worked the full contract,
• on completion of the 6 months, you will receive £300.00 from us as a thank-you,
• if we place that same contractor into a new or renew their existing contract we will pay you a further £100.00 for every 3 month contract they take to a maximum of £500.00
• once you have received your £500.00 for that candidate thats it, the referral scheme closes for that candidate.

You are not limited to the number of contractors you refer but the referral contractor needs to know you on a personal or professional basis.

Registration for the scheme is done in 3 easy steps.

1. You need to register your details by uploading your CV,
2. Click on the following link to register the referrals basic details,
3. Referral candidate accepts the referral.

Once we have received acceptance of the scheme from the referral candidate we will notify you in writing. Once we have placed the candidate into a vacancy, we will notify you via email so you have a record of the start date. We then will automatically send you a cheque for the referral on completion of the contract(s), so make sure that you keep your details upto date with us.
